Judge Kleinfeld (Person Reporting) is 4 Co-Trustee of a trust (Trust #1). Northern Trust Bank of Florida is the Co-Trustee. Judge Kleinfeld receives income

und has the power to invade principal subject to a stundard. The trust was established pursuant to Judge Kleinfeld's parents’ estate plan, with his children as the

beneficiaries. The descriptions of the assets controlled by the trust are listed in Part VI of the disclosure report, and are followed by a (Trust #1) designation.

Vanguard IRA, Teachers Insurance and Annuity, and Fidelity Investments retirement distributions were deleted from Part 111 B, of the prior year's FDR in

accordance with the Filing Instructions, as the income generating the distributions is included in Part VII.

This report splits the TIAA-CREF Retirement Annuity account into two funds (lines 18 and 19). The 2015 FDR had them grouped together as one.
