A. Part VIL | have rolled over funds from the Federal Judiciary's Thrift Savings Plan ("TSP") into the Idaho State Judges deferred compensation plan.
B. To address the Committee's request of June 16, 2016, | have researched my files regarding the two UNG Annuities previously reported on my Financial
Disclosure Reports. This research revealed that both items were sold on or about January 18, 2003, and should not have been included in reporting years
2006-2015. While my records do not specify the exact amounts reported in Part VII, Column D, items (3) and (4), the value of both accounts were less than
$20,000, and the gain was less than $2,500.
