bulleted item on page 33 of the “Filing Instructions for Judicial Officers and Employees.” This Trust is in the "sole financial responsibility of my spouse . . . ; and

is not derived from the assets, income or activities of the reporting person.” As the reporting person, 1 do not derive or expect any benefit from this Trust and have
