401k) #1 was a self-directed retirement fund. | was solely responsible for the mvestment decisions of the fund. In 2013, | took a loan from 401(k) #1 and.

pursuant to a note, | was repaying the loan over a five year period. The liability for the loan was listed in Part VI, line 1 of my 2015 report. It is also listed as an

asset of the 401(k) in Part VII, line I8, of the 2016 report. The asset is listed as closed because in April 2016 I repaid the loan and transferred part of the 401(k)

into my traditional IRA and the remainder into my Thrift Savings Plan account. The 401(k) has been closed as of April 2016.
