Part VII, line 48 is for two lots that were acquired in one transaction and madvertently omitted from all prior reports. The Trust did not eam any income m any of

the prior reporting periods through the present.

Part VII, line 61, St. Jude Renal Care Facility is an entity that had a private contract (promissory note) that was fully satisfied in 2013. The inclusion of this entity

in the 2015 Report as an asset was an ervor, and is included in this 2016 Report only to provide this explanation, Tt will be omitted in future reports.

Part VIL, line 92, is the correct name of the asset, "Offshore Group Invt Ltd Sr. SECD Ist LIEN NT", and is listed in this 2016 Report without any income, value

or transaction mformation to disclose its redemption on May 1, 2015, but was not shown as redeemed m line 92 of the 2015 Report. The current report does not

accept a date outside the reporting period.

In response to the Committee's December 7, 2017, letter re: the 2015 report, Part VII, line 64, the asset "Huntsman Intl LLC Sr Snub Nt", I provided the

explanation at Part VIII of the 2015 report. My explanation states: "Part VII, line 64: The bond "Huntsman Intl LLC Sr Sub Nt" is left in this 2015 Report to note

that it was redeemed on 12/18/2013 but was not recorded us redeemed in the 2013 Report (only that it was purchased in 2013), and was erroneously included in

the 2014 Report at line 67." This asset should have been omitted from the 2014 and subsequent reports,
