Your letter of July 12, 2012, requested information about an asset listed on the 2010 report (Part VII, page 5. line 26), but not listed on the 2011 report. After

reviewing my records, “Ishares Trust S&P Global Materials Index” was purchased on 6/18/09 for $7,903.98 and sold on June 9, 2010 for $9,181.87 - u gain of

$1,277.89, which should have shown as sold on the 2010 report. The oversight inadvertently made the 201 | report correct in not listing the asset.
