VILI (Investments) In May 2012, Google finalized its purchase of Motorola Mobility, and Motorola Mobility stock wus cashed out as part of the acquisition.
VILIS (Investments) In Junuary 2012, probably in anticipation of the Google acquisition, the Motorola 401(k) Plan transferred any amount invested in the
Motorola Mobility Stock Fund Option to the Motorola Balanced Fund 1 option of the 401(k) plan, thus merging the Mobility Stock Fund amounts into the
Balanced Fund 1 option.
VIL (Investments) In the Year 2011 Disclosure, | listed in Section VII (Investments) that | had rolled over, on February 5, 2010 (not 2011), the entirety of the
Sidley Austin 401(k) (which was invested in Harbor Capital Appreciation Fund) into the Vanguard S&P Index Fund. The Sidley Austin 401(k) listing thus is now
omitted from this report for Year 2012,
