a travel voucher in the amount of $2,500.00, It is a common practice of this company to issue such compensation to departing executive and/or long term

employees. At that time, | confirmed the appropriateness of this compensation through the Office of General Counsel, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts,

consistent with Advisory Opinion No. 24, Tn 2011 1 utilized that voucher and was issued 4 Form 1099 - Miscellancous Income.

Relative to Part VII and the addition of Marathon Petroleum Corp. stock, on June 27, 2011, Marathon Oil Corp. issued to me (and all shareholders) shares

of

Marathon Petroleum Corp. stock as a “spin-off” of my ownership of Marathon Oil Corp. stock.
