realized that the issue was an oversight in the 2015 report. 1 erroneously omitted this account in that report. It wis a deposit account that T opened on June 8, 2015

I spoke with an examiner with the committee by telephone on 6/29/2017 and was advised to provide this explanation in Part VIII The examiner advised that 1
