Financial Disclosure Report. Finally, | have added HSBC Opportunity A to my Perkins Thompson 401k plan funds, as 1 have been informed by my former law

firm, Perkins Thompson, that last year the trustees of the Perkins Thompson 401k plan discontinued Columbia Acorn Fund - Class A as an eligible investment

fund, and my holdings in that fund were fully transferred by the trustees to HSBC Opportunity A fund in 2013.
