As the committee will note, there is a 1/3 interest in real property in Diana, Texas that was not previously reported. [I passed away in 2007. In the

summer of 2012, and | became aware that there was property inf name in Diana, Texas, which no one knew about. Consequently, the

property was not accounted for through his estate, Apparently, the county tax office was sending tax notices to another person at a different address. As a result,

the I including myself, received 1/3 interest in the property through intestate succession, We were notified about the situation from an individual

who was interested in purchasing the property. [1 tells me that the assessed value on the entire property is $20,000. However, we have been unable to sell

it for $6,000.
