Section | changed because | completed all duties as executor of the Estate

before the end of 2010. The last

asset of these combined estates, a Wells Fargo Bank checking account, was closed on September 11, 2010, as reported in the Amended Report for 2010 at Section

VII, Line 15, Therefore, estate assets are no longer reflected on Lines 14 and 15 of Section VII, where these assets were reported in the Amended Report for

2010. Some of the account balances reported in Section VII have changed duc to deposits, interest accumulations, and/or transfers between accounts. The value

code J appears at Line 4 of Section VII to correct a value code error made with respect to this asset in the Report for 2010. MSK Realty (Section VIL, Line 1),

showed residual distributions of less than $1,000 during 2011 from the sale of a building in the late summer or early fall of 2005, a sale disclosed in the Report for

2005. During 2011, as a beneficiary under the will I | received a cash distribution, which | deposited into two new bank accounts, which are

reported at Section VII, Lines 14 and 15 of the Current Report. As previously reported, | became trustee of a testamentary trust in 2009, The income and value of

the trust in 2011 are reported in the aggregate, with all trust assets listed separately. These assets are the same as stated on the Amended Report for 2010, except

that the Quest Communications Stock (Line 26) is reported as Century Link Stock because on April 1, 2011, Quest merged with Century Link and Quest Stock

automatically was exchanged for Century Link Stock at that time. Also, as previously reported, the Trust's Managed Account with UBS Financial Services, Inc.

(Line 36) is managed at the discretion of UBS, such that the Account is somewhat fluid and various components of the Account sometimes change, One of these

components, Laudus Rosenberg Mutual Fund, previously reported at Section VII, Line 39 of the Amended Report for 2010, was fully redeemed as of December

30, 2010, as reflected in Section VII, Line 39 of the Current Report.
