With regard to part VIL lines 10 and 11 make reference to accounts at First Niagara Bank. These are the same accounts that were described as accounts at HSBC
Bunk USA, NLA, on lines 10 and 11 of Part VII of the 2011 report. During 2012, HSBC Bank USA, N.A. sold some of its branches to First Niagara Bunk. As a
consequence, the accounts on lines 10 and 1 1constitute the same investment, but are now on deposit at Flrst Niagara Bank. However, HSBC Bank USA, N.A. did
not dispose of all of its sccount relationships. The asset listed on line 12 of both the 2011 Report and the current report remains an account at HSBC Bank USA,
NA.
In part VIL line 15 references the sole asset of the trust that is identified on line 4 of part |.
