Explanation for the filing of this Amended Report:

Firstly, to amend the amount of the income received for the accrued interest during the year 2017 corresponding to the Puerto Rico Sales Tax Filing Corp S

(CUSIP No. 74529JAC9), Part VII - 16, which was originally listed as "A", However, UBS records show that I received the total amount of $6,932.30 for the

months of January to May 2017. No income from accrued interest was received from June to December 2017, as this asset, commonly known as "COFINA"

bonds, are part of a Title 111 case filed under PROMESA.

Secondly, to clarify that on Decmber 28, 2017, | deposited the amount valued as "L" in my Merrill Lynch Cash Money Account, Part VII - 19. Hence, the current

value code for my Merrill Lynch account is "M." The amount deposited on December 28, 2017 corresponds to my parents’ inheritance participation that stems

from the December 22, 2017 sale proceeds of my parents’ home in San Juan, PR, and savings from my Thrift Savings Plan benefits.
