On my previous interim report at Section VIL, line 9, | disclosed a cash balance with UBS. However, due to administrative fees that were charged by UBS that

balance is now zero. None of the categories in Section VII of the Financial disclosure Form seem to cover that situation so | thought it would be helpful to explain

why the UBS item disappeared from the current report,

On my previous interim report at Section VIII, lines 11-19 and in Section VII1, 1 disclosed and discussed the funds that were in my 401k account with my former

employer. | also stated in Section VIII that | ended up transferring my 401k money to my Federal TSP Account. Again, to the extent that the former 401k items

no longer appear on my Financial Disclosure Report, | wanted to provide an explanation in this section.
