While preparing this report, which is my first annual report following my appointment in April of 2017, | discovered that my 2016-2017 partnerhsip interest in

Riveroaks Associates was accidentally ommitted from my inital report, as amended in December of 2017. Rivervaks Associates is a Pennsylvania partnership that

ownes the real estate and improvements occupied by Mette, Evans, & Woodside (of which | was a shareholder) prior to my appointment, My interest in Mette,

Evans, & Woodside was disclosed. The omission of my partership interes tin Riveroaks Associates was not intentional and was discovered while reviwing my

2017 tax return for the purpose of preparing this report. Please let me know if further action is necessary to address this oversight. 1 will take all appropriate steps
