waste the number of hours | have wasted to provide this information, much of which is simply not necessary at all to the avowed purpose of this report. After all,

if Tam required by statute to recuse from a case involving a party in which 1 have even de minimis interest, then there is no reason for anyone to know the extent

of my interest in that party. Just sayin’.
