Regarding Part I, Line 2.: Upon receipt of a distribution in 2015, 1 realized that while 1 had cut all ties and withdrawn from my prior Jaw firm, 1 was, due to an

oversight, still considered a partoer in an investment LLC. 1 refused the distribution und retumed the checks issued to me. This oversight has been resolved and

will not be on future reports.

Regarding Part VII, lines 8-11: 1 have confirmed with my financial planner who confirmed with these mvestments that there is no reportable income eamed during

the reporting period. This is consistent with the quarterly statements reveeived.

Regarding Part VII, Line 16, Northwestern Mutual Life 90, this was owned during the 2013 und 2014 reporting period, but was inadvertently omitted from prior

reports based on a mistaken belief that all life insurance policies we purchased were term policies.
