1.) Part 11, page 1, line 1-Pursuant to the terms of the shareholder agreement, | receive a buy-out of my interest in the firm and compensation for legal services

rendered before becoming a United States Magistrate Judge. The amount is a calculated amount and is to be paid over a period of years. The amount paid is not

related to the firm's profits earned after my departure, but represents the value of my interest in the firm,

2.) Part VII, page 4, line 8 This fund was inadvertantly identified as "Buy" in Column D (1) of my Annual Report for the reporting period 01/01/2014 - 12/31/2014,

and should have been identified as "Sold". This fund was brought over in kind from a Wells Fargo 401k and sold upon arrival in September 2014. Therefore any

gain was very small--cost basis for the Well Fargo 401k was not listed as it is not needed for a 401k and after account closure the gains/losses are kept.
