Ameriprise Brokeregae Account (cash), reported on Line 23 of Report for YE 2014 was accidentally omitted from Nomination report and from YE 2013 Report. It

is a brokerage account held since approximately 1996. The account has been inactive since the initial mvestment in approximately 1996. Due to an earlier change

of address, the reporter was not recieving statements on the account resulting in this reporting oversight. Please accept this as an amendment to my Nomintion

Report and FY 2013 Report.
