ithdrew from the firm of which | was a member, Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, PLC, on October 31, 2011,
and was sworn into my current position as a Magistrate Judge on November 1, 2011. The firm's fiscal year ends June 30th of each year, and bonuses eamed
in each fiscal year are paid to members and associates in mid-December (half) and mid-January (half) following the fiscal year end. All such bonuses are paid
based on the firm's income generated during the prior fiscal year. Included in the amount reported on Line 1 of Part IT1-A is 4 $5,000 bonus payment I received in
December 2011 and a $5,000 bonus payment I received in January 2012 related to my and the firm's performance during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011.
