On my previous report (the one for calendar year 2013), and other prior reports, | listed an IRA with the Pensacola Federal Employees Credit Union, in Part VIL

Investments and Trusts, Column A ("Description of Assets”). The same IRA is listed in this report (for the calendar year 2014), but a different credit union is

identified (Pensacola Government Federal Credit Union). | did not transfer this IRA or conduct any such similar transaction; my former credit union merged

with another credit union, and the name of the (combined) institution is now Pensacola Government FCU. Additionally, at the time of the credit unions’ merger

1 withdrew most of the money I previously held in a "savings/share” account at Pensacola Federal Employes Credit Union, and presently 1 have only a minimal

amount of savings in a similar accout at Pensacola Government FCU, which amount 1s well below the threshold amount for reporting purposes. Thus, this savings

account, while included in last year's and other prior years’ reports, is no longer reportable.
