In Part VII of my Financial Disclosure Report, | listed Metropolitan West Total Return Bond Fund Plan Class, which was not listed on my 2013 report filed on

5/12/2014. 1 came into possession of this asset because the PIMCO Total Return Inst, Fund, which was listed on my 2013 report, was no longer offered, and the

company through which 1 have this retirement plan opted to substitute the Metropolitan West Fund for the PIMCO Fund. This Plan Exchange, which occurred on

December |, 2014, also accounts for the fact that the PIMCO Fund does not appear on this 2014 report. There was no change in value associated with the Plan

Exchange.

In Part VIL of my Financial Disclosure Report, | listed TDAM Money Market Portfolio Select, which was not listed on my 2013 report filed on 5/12/2014. 1

came into possession of this asset because the CNI Charter Prime Money Market Fund Inst, which was listed on my 2013 report, was proprietary to National

Financial Services. The company through which 1 have this retirement plan opted to transfer to TD Ameritrade, and this company-initiated change resulted in the

substitution of the TDAM Money Market asset for the ONI Charter Fund. This change, which occurred on January 22, 2015, also accounts for the fact that the

CNI Charter Fund does not appear on this 2014 report. There was no change in value associated with this change.
