The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 24th day of April 2006 by Plaintiff for Extension of Time to File Brief:
"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (NC Board of Pharmacy) shall have up to and including the 22nd day of May 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 26th day of April 2006."
