The opinion

Petition in error dismissed. Grounds stated in journal entry.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the petition in error herein should be and it is hereby dismissed on the ground that the judgment of the circuit court is not a final judgment and the error proceeding herein was therefore prematurely brought.
