LEMMON, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for trial with that of State of Louisiana ex rel.: Time Saver Stores, Inc. v. Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of New Orleans, et al., 261 So.2d 273 , in this court, decided this day.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the trial court is reversed.

Reversed.
