The opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is a writ of review proceeding challenging the court’s action granting a zone change request. The zone change was granted on the ground that a previous decision of the court’s changing the comprehensive plan was valid. That plan change decision was reversed in Sunnyside Neighborhood v. Clackamas Co. Comm., 280 Or 3 , 569 P2d 1063 (1977), thus also invalidating the zone change at issue here.

Reversed and remanded.
