Motion to amend remittitur granted to extent that return of remittitur is requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: Order of affirmance (dated March 5, 1970, 26 N Y 2d 867) vacated and appeal dismissed, without costs, upon ground that no constitutional question is directly involved.
