MEMORANDUM OPINION
On August 1, 2008, appellant, Andre Brown, filed a motion to dismiss this
appeal.

We have not yet issued a decision. Accordingly, we grant the motion and
dismiss the appeal.
We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
