21 Pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss. [ECF No. 16.] In
22 light of the Ninth Circuit decision finding that the Ordinance at issue in this case
23 has expired and that the “case is moot,” the Court DENIES the pending motion to
24 dismiss as moot. See Southern Cal. Rental Housing v. County of San Diego, No.
25 21-55798 at *2, 2022 WL 16832819 (9th Cir. 2022)
