Different customers, honestly
Harvey and Frix rarely compete for the same firm. Harvey's customers are the largest firms and legal departments, and what they buy is an enterprise platform with the governance, integration and workflow customisation that a thousand-lawyer firm needs. If that is you, Frix is not the right size for you yet.
Frix exists for everyone else. Most lawyers in the United States practise alone or in small firms, and they have never been the target customer for enterprise legal AI. Frix is free to start, and the first thing it gives you is a public Law Library with a citator, because research is where a small firm's time and money go.
What the AI actually cites
The question to ask any legal AI is what it is reading when it answers. Donna reads two things: the Frix Law Library, which is a real index of about 10.8 million opinions, statutes, regulations and dockets, and the files in your matter. Every answer carries numbered citations, and each one opens the opinion or the page of your own record it came from. Then the citator runs on the cases she cited. Try it before you compare it
