## Text

The Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall cooperate in the establishment and use of a comprehensive and consistent data-collection system described in section 549 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( 10 U.S.C. 113 note) for the collection of reports, including anonymous reports, of incidents of hazing or bullying.
