## Text

Interagency coordination.
Interagency coordination. This chapter does not affect the authority of DATCP under chs. 93 , 94 , 95 and 97 , Stats. The action of the department under this chapter shall be coordinated with DATCP. The secretaries of the department and DATCP shall execute a memorandum of agreement to enable coordination of invasive species work of their departments.
