Allowed in areas where minors are permitted? Area where alcoholic beverages are prepared. A food counter is a table or counter set up for the primary purpose of food service to customers who sit or stand at the counter. Any alcohol served is incidental to food service. This includes alcohol dispensers that are placed on or attached to the table or counter.
