Article 1 NO x Budget Program General Provisions
This part establishes general provisions and the applicability, permitting, and monitoring provisions for the NO x Budget Program for nonelectric generating units (non-EGUs) as a means of mitigating the interstate transport of ozone and nitrogen oxides.
