## Text

This chapter governs the Commissioner's administration and
 enforcement of Finance Code Chapter 159, governing wrap mortgage loans
 concerning residential real estate located in Texas. This chapter
 applies to wrap mortgage lenders, borrowers, and any person who collects
 or receives a payment from a wrap borrower under the terms of a wrap
 mortgage loan, including servicers of a wrap mortgage loan.
