## Text

Any notice or disclosure required by Finance Code Chapters
 157 or 180, or this chapter, may be provided and signed in accordance
 with state and federal law governing electronic signatures and delivery
 of electronic documents. The UETA and E-Sign Act include requirements
 for electronic signatures and delivery.
