## Text

All application equipment used for pesticide applications is
 subject to inspection by the department at any reasonable time. Such
 equipment must be maintained in a condition that will provide safe
 and proper application of the pesticide. If the inspector finds that
 it is not, the department shall require the needed repairs or adjustments
 before allowing the use of such equipment.
