## Text

This subchapter implements Transportation Code, Chapters 503,
 504, 520, and 1001-1005, and Occupations Code, Chapters 2301 and 2305,
 and applies to general distinguishing numbers and drive-a-way operator
 in-transit licenses issued by the department.
