## Text

The department may deny the application for registration of
 a director, manager, or employee of a dispensing organization if the
 applicant is disqualified pursuant to §12.3 of this title (relating
 to Criminal History Disqualifiers). The applicant may request a hearing
 by submitting a request through the department's website within thirty
 (30) days of the date of the denial notice.
