## Text

An applicant may protest the comptroller's denial or revocation
 of certification by filing a protest through the online HUB certification
 system within 30 days after the date the comptroller sent notice of
 the denial or revocation to the applicant. The director will consider
 the protest and issue a final decision. The director's decision shall
 be the final administrative action of the comptroller.
