## Text

The chief clerk shall maintain mailing lists of persons requesting
 notice of an application. Persons, including participants in past agency permit
 proceedings, may request in writing to be on a mailing list. The chief clerk
 may from time to time request confirmation that persons on a list wish to
 remain on the list, and may delete from the list the name of any person who
 fails to respond to such request.
