## Text

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish standards to
 ensure the proper care and treatment of individuals with a mental
 illness or serious emotional disturbance who are receiving services
 in crisis stabilization units licensed in accordance with Chapter
 510 of this title (relating to Private Psychiatric Hospitals and Crisis
 Stabilization Units) and Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 577.
