(1) this chapter;
(2) 26 TAC Chapter 558 (relating to Licensing Standards
 for Home and Community Support Services Agencies);
(3) 40 TAC Chapter 49 (relating to Contracting for
 Community Services); and
(4) 1 TAC Chapter 354, Subchapter O (relating to Electronic
 Visit Verification).
