## Text

This subchapter establishes requirements for the use of telecommunications
 in Medicaid managed care for service coordination and assessments
 conducted by managed care organizations (MCOs) contracted with the
 Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Medicaid MCOs must be
 fully compliant with the rules contained in this subchapter no later
 than July 1, 2023.
