## Text

The Coordinating Board adopts this subchapter pursuant to Texas
 Education Code, §130A.005, requiring the Coordinating Board to
 adopt rules to implement the Community College Finance Program created
 in Texas Education Code, Chapters 61, 130, and 130A.
