## Text

The purpose of the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program
 ("Section 811 PRA Program") is to provide federally funded project-based
 rental assistance to participating multifamily properties on behalf
 of extremely low-income persons with disabilities linked with long
 term services provided through a formalized partnership and other
 state of Texas agencies that provide health and human services.
