## Text

In order to comply with §1201.220 of the Standards Act,
 which requires the Department to provide a monthly report to each
 tax assessor-collector and county appraisal district in Texas, the
 Department will provide the required information by hardcopy or electronically,
 when possible. Section 1201.009 of the Standards Act, allows the Department,
 if feasible, to perform any action under this chapter by electronic
 means.
