## Text

(a) This chapter only applies to single family Programs.
 Program Rules may impose additional requirements related to any provision
 of this chapter. Where a Program Rule is less restrictive and federal
 law does not preempt the item, the provisions of this chapter will
 govern Program decisions.
(b) Activities performed under Chapter 27 (relating
 to Texas First Time Homebuyer Program Rule) and Chapter 28 (related
 to Taxable Mortgage Program) of this title are excluded from this
 chapter.
