## Text

(a) A violation of this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor. (b) It is the duty of the district attorney general to prosecute violations of this chapter. Acts 1951, ch. 13, § 21 (Williams, § 7140.21); T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 62-527; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
